#Everyday -
  1. 8 hours = Sleep
    With ~45% Sleep Efficiency (25% REM Sleep + 20% Deep Sleep), i.e., getting at least ~3.6 hours of meaningful sleep everyday out of the total 8 hours.
  2. 8 hours = Work If you have a job, you shall be conventionally working 8 hours at your job, but if you are a student, your work distribution will be very different. 
  3. 8 hours = Rest of the day
    1. 1 hour = Getting Ready (Washing up + brushing teeth + Toilet)
    2. 1 hour = Food  
    3. 1 hour = Travel to & from places
    4. 1 hour = Household Work + Out of Home Chores
    5. 1 hour = Sex + Meditation + Exercise
    6. 2 hours = Family + Going Out + Movie + TV
    7. 1 hour = Me Time + Internet 

#Every Weekend -
  1. Youtube + Netflix Binge
  2. Housecleaning + Laundry
  3. Cook Cuisine at home/Barbeque/Picnic/Date

#Every Month -
  1. Bills Payment + Banking
  2. Income Management + Shopping
  3. Watch a Commercial Movie or a Broadway Play in a Theater
